Prior to ticket purchase and / or arriving at Barfly venues, and preferably a few days before the gig is to take place, you can phone Rob McGregor on 0207 664 2018 (NO TICKET INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE FROM THIS NUMBER) between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday, or email on r.mcgregor@ulu.lon.ac.uk to discuss the following:

The Licensee / Duty Manager will use their best efforts to ensure that whenever people with disabilities are present at a Barfly event, adequate arrangements are made to ensure their safety in the event of an emergency, and that they are made aware of these arrangements.
