Kellin Watson

Pop/Soul

Kellin has been performing and touring for awhile, but recently she has made a splash and gathered quite a following, especially in her hometown state of North Carolina. Her fourth album, "Halo of Blue," will be coming out very soon and once it does she plans to tour the country in support of it, which will hopefully spread her popularity far and wide with others who have not heard of her. Kellin has a smooth, soulful voice and writes some great original songs. She has a knack for creating thought-provoking lyrics and both catchy tunes and haunting melodies.

Fruit Bats
Folk/Pop

The folk band Fruit Bats is made up of four guys, and while the members of the band have changed throughout the years, the main singer, Eric D. Johnson, has remained the same. They've toured with other well known bands, such as The Shins and Modest Mouse, and have been getting a lot of attention lately due to their new album The Ruminant Band, as well as the fact that Johnson has currently joined The Shins as the new lead singer. Their sound is a cross between folk rock and country pop, though they also have a bit of a Beatles vibe going on. They love short term car insurance too!

Sean Patrick McGraw
Country

McGraw first appeared as a semi-finalist on the television show Nashville Star, which helped launch the careers of other country stars such as Miranda Lambert, Melissa Lawson, and Chris Young. Since his appearance on the show he has won several awards and as well as appearing on several other television shows. His music is good ol' country that fits in well with today's current country music. He's got a strong voice and some great songs, and if he continues to make music and appear on television then he is sure to have some influence on the country music scene.

Willow Smith
Hip Hop

Willow Smith has a the large advantage of being the daughter of rapper/actor Will Smith, so she has some connections in the music business. At only ten years old, Willow has already had a splash on the music scene with her current single "Whip My Hair." She has a mature sound, and her single is so catchy that once you listen to it, you won't be able to get it out of your head for days. Thanks to already having a following due to her dad and the popularity of her first single, she's sure to get some attention in the music industry in the coming years.

Goonies Never Say Die
Rock

This UK-based band is unique in that they do not have a lead singer - their music focuses on the instruments and the tunes. They have a very good rock sound and are very talented at what they do. Though at first it might seem a bit odd to listen to rock music without the words, you'll find that the music they play can tell its own story even without lyrics.

Valencia

Punk/Rock

Hailing from Philadelphia, Valencia is a band with a punk-vibe similar to the great bands from the 1990's. It was started by two childhood friends and was expanded to include other bands members to round out the sound. They recently released their third CD, "Dancing with a Ghost," and they hope that it will get more attention for their band so they can become a big name and truly leave their mark on the music scene.
